The 17th edition of the European Railway Award is fast approaching. 

We look forward to welcoming you on 29 January 2024 as of 18:30 in the Royal Museums of Fine Arts in Brussels for another packed agenda celebrating the European Year of Skills and featuring...

• - Keynote speeches by Executive Vice-President of the European Commission Maroš Šefčovič and Belgian Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Mobility Georges Gilkinet
• - A roundtable discussion between the European Parliament's Tilly Metz, European Commission Director General for Transport Magda Kopczynska and the rail sector, represented by UNIFE Chair Michael Peter (CEO of Siemens Mobility) and CER Chair Andreas Matthä (CEO of ÖBB)
• - And of course, our Rail Champion Award and Rail Trailblazer Award, dedicated this edition to the important topic of 'Skills for Rail' in honour of the European Year of Skills – look out for our showcase of shortlisted candidates in January
